Pool Compliance Certificate NSW
NSW Pool Compliance Inspections
All properties in New South Wales are required by law to have a pool compliance certificate. But this isn’t the only reason for getting a safety inspection.
Drowning happens too often in Australia. Help prevent accidents and make sure your pool meets the NSW pool safety standards.
iCertified provide affordable pool safety inspections at a time that suits you, with fast turnaround on reports. Once you pass the inspection your compliance certificate will be valid immediately.
Our pool safety inspections include:
- Clear and accurate reporting
- Large photos of any nonconforming items in the reports
- Reports returned to client within 24 hours
- Reminder letters sent a month before pool safety certificate is set to expire
Before the Inspection
Many pool safety inspections fail due to items that are not complying with the government’s standards. Don’t let this happen to you. Educate yourself as to what the standards are in your area. Since our inspectors use the governments standards we want you to use the government’s checklist, not ours.
As of the 29th of April 2015, shared pools and anyone selling or leasing their house with a pool need to have a valid pool compliance certificate.
View this handy NSW Pool Inspection Checklist and make sure you pass your inspection first go.
Once you have your pool compliance certificate you can register your pool yourself on the NSW Government Pool Register here.
